Synopsis
Sixty-eight patients with high-energy orthopaedic trauma were randomized to receive fluoxetine (n=33) or calcium (n=35) for nine months. The primary outcome of interest was sleep efficiency, measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
