Synopsis
Ten studies involving 1,213 patients with pelvic and acetabular fractures were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis comparing TXA use versus no TXA in ORIF procedures. Pooled outcomes of interest included intraoperative blood loss, surgical time, transfusion rates, and VTE incidence.
