Ninety-seven patients with symptomatic acetabular labral tears and limited osteoarthritis (Tönnis grades 0-2) were randomized to receive either hip arthroscopy with postoperative physical therapy (SPT) (n=52) or physical therapy alone (PTA) (n=45).
