Synopsis
Sixty patients with nonspecific neck pain and forward head posture were randomized to receive either neck stabilization exercises (NSE) (n=30) or neck dynamic exercises (NDE) (n=30), along with conventional treatments such as TENS, stretching, and cold packs.
