Synopsis
Ninety-four patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis were randomized to receive either active periarticular injection (n=47) or saline placebo injection (n=47) in the context of a multimodal analgesic protocol incorporating ACB and IPACK blocks.
