Synopsis
Thirty-two pediatric patients undergoing adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) surgery were randomized to receive either a surgeon-performed thoracic paravertebral block (PVB) with 0.2% ropivacaine (n=15) or no block (n=16).
