Synopsis
Forty patients who underwent arthroscopic partial meniscectomy were randomized to receive either Kinesio taping (n=20) or placebo taping (n=20). The primary outcome measured was the peak torque of the quadriceps muscle at angular velocities of 60°/sec and 180°/sec using a Biodex isokinetic dynamometer.
