One hundred fifty-three patients with severe knee osteoarthritis undergoing primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were randomized to receive medialized anatomic (MA) (n=47), medialized dome (MD) (n=44), or Gaussian dome (GD) (n=48) patellar components.
