Synopsis
124 patients with ankle injuries were randomized to receive either intravenous (IV) ibuprofen (n=62) or tenoxicam (n=62). Outcomes of interest included pain on a Visual Analog Scale (VAS), and the incidence of rescue medication, nausea, and burning sensation.
