Synopsis
128 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who were receiving continuous non-selective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) were randomized to receive either a COX-2 selective NSAID (celecoxib; n=64) or a combination of an NSAID (aceclofenac) and a proton pump inhibitor (ilaprazole) (n=64).
