Synopsis
28 patients who underwent lumbar fusion were randomized to receive either an early aquatic exercise program (n=14) or a home exercise program (n=14). The primary outcomes of interest were pain on a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI).
