Synopsis
Five randomized controlled trials comparing the safety and efficacy of cognitive functional therapy against control for chronic low back pain were included in this meta-analysis. Outcomes of interest included psychological status, patient satisfaction, and global improvement. Both groups were similar when comparing psychological status, patient satisfaction, and global improvement at 12 months.
