Synopsis
Twenty-eight patients recovering from anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery were randomized to receive 12 weeks of low-intensity, blood flow restriction quadriceps-hamstring exercise training (n=14) or high-intensity, unrestricted exercise training (n=14).
