Synopsis

One hundred and sixty-four patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures were randomized to receive an ACL reconstruction augmented with either a lateral extracapsular tenodesis (LET) procedure or a modified iliotibial band tenodesis (MITBT) procedure.
