Synopsis
Forty-six patients with genovarum undergoing medial opening wedge high tibial osteotomy were randomized to receive an iliac crest autograft (n=23) or iliac crest allograft (n=23). The outcomes of interest were time to union, correction obtained, complication rates and function.
