Synopsis
Sixty-six patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were randomized to receive a posterior cruciate ligament-sacrificing TKA (PS, n=33) or an ultra-congruent design (UC, n=33). The outcomes of interest were isokinetic performance and clinical outcomes measured by the Knee Society Score (KSS).
