Synopsis

Forty five patients with Mason Type 2 radial head fractures were randomized to receive operative fixation (n=23) or nonoperative treatment (n=22). The primary outcome of interest was function assessed with the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) questionnaire at 12 months follow-up.
