Synopsis
Forty-eight patients diagnosed with anteriorly rotated sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SIJD) were randomized to receive the Muscle Energy Technique (MET) technique during their first session combined either with flexion bias exercises (control; n=24) or gluteus maximum activation exercises (n=24) for 4 weeks which occurred twice/week for 20 mins each session.
