Synopsis
Sixty-four patients suffering from adhesive capsulitis (AC) were randomized to receive a single ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection (n=32) or conventional physiotherapy (CP) consisting of shortwave diathermy treatment and exercise (n=32).
