Synopsis
Sixty patients diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinopathy reporting shoulder pain for at least 3 months were randomized to receive a home-based exercise program taught by physiotherapists prior to the intervention, to be performed for 2 months, or general information on their shoulder pain condition.
