Synopsis
34 patients (60 to 85 years of age) with osteoarthritis of the hip, scheduled for primary cemented Total Hip Replacement (THR), were randomized to receive CPCS, collarless femoral component, or Exeter collared femoral stem. 2 years after THR, the CPCS stem and the Exeter Universal femoral stem were observed to have similar clinical outcomes.
