Synopsis
100 patients scheduled for unilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) were randomized to receive analgesic peri-articular cocktail injection containing ropivacaine, epinephrine, ketoprofen, methylprednisolone sodium, and normal saline, with or without the addition of morphine.
