Synopsis
42 patients with complete anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears were randomized to receive an ACL reconstruction with either a quadrupled hamstring tendon (QHT) graft (semitendinosus and gracilis tendon) or a bone-patellar tendon-bone (BPTB) graft.
