213 individuals, with a musculoskeletal complaint, chronic pain disorder, chronic fatigue, or common mental disorder, on medical benefits for a minimum of 8 weeks were included in this trial to determine if the addition of a booster telephone follow-up to an occupational rehabilitation program improved return to work.
