What Does the Data Tell us about Spine: Powered by OE M.I.N.D.

Spine research continues to grow, with OE M.I.N.D. capturing data from more than 750 randomized trials involving over 261,000 patients and 350 treatments across 55 conditions. Among users selecting spine as a specialty, content focused on pain, physical therapy, and exercise is viewed most often, with orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapists accounting for the majority of readership. Published trials frequently report pain using visual analogue scales and include 12-month follow-up. Research activity remains high, with more than 2,800 ongoing studies examining exercise-based programs, acupuncture, patient education, and manipulation. Industry involvement is led by Medtronic, DePuy Synthes, Stryker, Zimmer-Biomet, and Siemens.
