Healthcare (Basel) . 2023 Dec 13;11(24):3161.This systematic review and meta-analysis included eleven randomized controlled trials involving patients with chronic neck pain, comparing self-care education interventions to control interventions without educational components. Pooled outcomes of interest were pain, disability, kinesiophobia, and catastrophization. The meta-analysis showed significant improvements in these outcomes in favor of self-care interventions.
