OE Journal. 2024;12(4):7 Korean J Anesthesiol . 2023 Aug;76(4):326-335.研究概要
64 patients undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty were randomized to receive either a fascia iliaca block (FNB; n=32) or an erector spinae plane block (ESPB; n=32). The primary outcome of interest was morphine consumption after 24 hours. Secondary outcomes of interest included morphine consumption at 48 hours, the incidence of adverse events, the incidence of sensory and motor blocks, and pain on a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Analgesia was similar between the two groups. The FIB group showed significantly greater reliability of sensory blockade whereas, the ESPB group showed significantly better preservation of motor function. All other outcomes were comparable between the two groups.
