OE Journal. 2025;13(1):12 PLoS One . 2024 Aug 1;19(8):e0306249.研究概要
Eleven studies with a total of 748 patients undergoing knee arthroplasty were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis comparing continuous adductor canal block (CACB) versus continuous femoral nerve block (CFNB). Pooled outcomes of interest included pain scores at rest and motion, quadriceps muscle strength, opioid consumption, time to discharge readiness, and risk of falls. The analysis revealed that both CACB and CFNB provided similar pain relief and opioid consumption, but CACB was significantly better at preserving quadriceps muscle strength and reduced discharge readiness time. These findings suggest that CACB offers comparable analgesia to CFNB while improving early functional recovery.
