Spine surgery is often necessary for patients with severe cases, and efficient postoperative pain management is critical for recovery. Tramadol-paracetamol is proposed as a safer alternative to pure opioids, with potential benefits in reducing nociceptive and neuropathic pain. However, its efficacy and safety in spine surgery have not been established, creating a critical gap in evidence, especially given the growing emphasis on multimodal pain management and the opioid epidemic
