2023 COA Annual Meeting: COA 2023: Multimodal Analgesia After Hip Arthroscopy for Symptomatic Femoroacetabular Impingement

132 patients undergoing hip arthroscopy for symptomatic femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) were randomized to receive either standard of care (SOC; opioids), SOC + zopiclone, SOC + pre- and post-operative gabapentin, or SOC + celecoxib. The primary outcome of interest was pain after 6 weeks, measured on a Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Secondary outcomes of interest included length of stay and narcotic consumption. All outcomes at all time-points were similar between all of the treatment groups.
