Pretreatment with 2,4,5-MPEA leads to a potentiation of the effects of mescaline in a number of assessments of drug effects.
Study Summary
In this single patient self experiment, the researcher examined behavioural changes across 9 different drug combinations. The researcher found that pretreatment with 2,4,5-MPEA potentiated the effects of mescaline, while ingestion of 2,4,5-MPEA alone demonstrated no psychotomimetic properties.
