Cartilage Repair Implant Expands Into The European Market .
Joint preservation technology continues to expand internationally. The CARTIHEAL AGILI-C Cartilage Repair Implant is now commercially available in Europe following its introduction in the United States in 2024. The implant uses an aragonite-based biphasic scaffold designed to support cartilage and underlying bone restoration. The company cited randomized trial evidence demonstrating improvements in knee pain, function and quality of life compared with standard surgical care through 5 years.
