Sixty-six patients with chronic neck pain were randomized to receive 12 weeks of physical therapy with either 6 weeks of daily feedback-guided neck stabilization exercise (n=44) or 6 weeks of daily general neck exercises (n=22). Outcomes of interest included pain, neck symptoms and function, and range of motion, assessed at 6 and 12 weeks of follow up. The active feedback group reported significantly better pain scores and neck function scores at 6 weeks, as well as a greater range of motion in extension at 6 and 12 weeks vs. the control group,
