A comparison of subvastus and midvastus approaches in minimally invasive total knee arthroplasty
J Bone Joint Surg Am. 2010 Mar;92(3):575-8251 patients with knee OA scheduled for minimally invasive bilateral total knee arthroplasty(TKA) via either a subvastus or midvastus surgical approaches. At two-year follow-up, no significant differences in the functional outcomes were observed in the TKA done by either approach.
