Comparison of Interventions for Lateral Elbow Tendinopathy (LET) Against Placebo: A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis for Patient-Rated Tennis Elbow Evaluation Pain Outcome
Thirteen studies comparing different treatment methods for lateral elbow tendinopathy (LET) against placebo were included in this systematic review and network meta-analysis. Outcomes of interest included Patient-Related Tennis Elbow Evaluation (PRTEE) pain scores in the short- and mid-term. In the short-term no differences were reported between the different LET interventions against placebo, whereas in the mid-term, only physiotherapy/exercise showed benefit against placebo.
