OrthoEvidence Journal (OE Journal) - ACE Report
OE Journal. 2024;12(13):28 Front Neurol . 2024 Mar 1:15:1357763.研究概要
Nine randomized controlled trials including 387 patients with subacromial pain syndrome (SAPS) were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis comparing scapular stabilization exercises (SSE) vs. conventional physical therapy. Pooled outcomes of interest included pain reduction, functional improvement, and range of motion (ROM). The pooled results demonstrated that SSE significantly improved pain scores and functional outcomes but did not significantly enhance ROM. The main findings suggest that SSE is effective for reducing pain and improving function in SAPS patients, but does not significantly affect ROM.
