Efficacy of neuromobilization in the treatment of low back pain: Systematic review and meta-analysis.

Seven randomized controlled trials including 288 patients with low back pain were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis comparing neuromobilization (NM) to conventional treatment. Pooled outcomes of interest included Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) for disability, and Straight Leg Raise (SLR) for lumbar mobility. The results showed that NM significantly improved VAS and ODI. However, there was no significant difference in SLR. These findings suggest that NM is effective in reducing pain and disability but may not improve lumbar mobility as measured by SLR.
