Effectiveness of Exercise Interventions for Preventing Neck Pain: A Systematic Review With Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials.
J Orthop Sports Phys Ther . 2023 Oct;53(10):594–609.Five randomized controlled trials comparing various exercise interventions against no intervention for neck pain were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis. The primary outcome of interest was the incidence of neck pain. The results showed no significant differences between the two groups.
