Fifty-two patients with posture-related low-back soreness/discomfort were randomized to Rhuleave-K 500 mg (n=26) or matching placebo (n=26) for 15 days. The primary outcome was pain intensity difference (6-h SPID) at days 1, 7, and 15. Secondary outcomes included total pain relief (6-h TOTPAR) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). Outcomes were assessed at days 1, 7, and 15 with hourly pain/relief ratings over 6 h. Overall, the results revealed significantly greater pain reduction with Rhuleave-K on day 1, sustained gains in pain relief, and large ODI improvements at days 7 and 15 versus placebo. These findings suggest short-term Rhuleave-K may be an effective and safe option for posture-related low-back discomfort.
