2018 COA Annual Meeting: Arthroscopic Bankart Repair with and without Arthroscopic Infraspinatus Remplissage in Anterior Shoulder Instability with Hill-Sachs Defect: Randomized Controlled Trial

OE Journal. 2018;6(12):9105 patients scheduled for arthroscopic Bankart repair and with a confirmed Hill-Sachs lesion were randomized to either receive or not receive additional remplissage. Follow-up was available for 12 months postoperatively, and included functional scores, shoulder range of motion, and incidence of redislocation. Results demonstrated no significant differences between groups in any of the outcome measures assessed.
