OE High Impact is a novel machine learning model designed to predict article influence more accurately than journal impact factor. Trained on 20,000+ orthopaedic articles, the model prioritizes article content over journal prestige, showing 1.72x stronger citation prediction. High-impact tags will now appear on selected ACE Reports, helping readers identify studies likely to shape practice. Topics like stem cells, PRP, and cannabinoids ranked highest in predicted future citations.
