330 patients were randomized to undergo anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with a patellar tendon (PT), quadruple-stranded hamstring (HT), or double-bundle hamstring (DB) autograft, to compare incidence of post-operative adverse effects between surgical methods.
