30 patients undergoing rotator cuff repair were randomized to receive ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block with either 20 mL of 0.125% bupivacaine or 0.25% bupivacaine, to compare the diaphragm function, oxygen saturation, and pain management outcomes between groups.
