Synopsis

250 patients, with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee, were randomised into two groups to undergo one of two therapy sessions, as a means to measure functional outcome. After receiving transcutaneous electrical stimulation and ultrasound treatments, patients either completed daily sessions of hatha yoga therapy or therapeutic exercises.
