Synopsis

Fifty-two patients with posture-related low-back soreness/discomfort were randomized to Rhuleave-K 500 mg (n=26) or matching placebo (n=26) for 15 days. The primary outcome was pain intensity difference (6-h SPID) at days 1, 7, and 15. Secondary outcomes included total pain relief (6-h TOTPAR) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI).
