Synopsis
One hundred and eight patients with recurrent anterior shoulder instability and an engaging Hill-Sachs lesion were randomized to receive either arthroscopic Bankart repair with remplissage (REMP, n=52) or isolated Bankart repair (NO REMP, n=50).
