Synopsis
71 women with patellofemoral pain were randomized to receive a strength training program (n=36) or strength training plus neuromuscular training (n=25) for 3 months. The primary outcomes of interest were pain, function, and knee kinematics. The secondary outcome of interest was muscular strength and patient satisfaction.
