Synopsis
Forty-five patients with anterior capsulolabral Bankart lesions who received arthroscopic shoulder surgery were randomized to receive a 12 month home-based shoulder strengthening program beginning 2 months post-operation (n=23) or usual care (n=22) for the improvement of shoulder function and quality of life.
