OrthoEvidence Journal (OE Journal) - ACE Report
OE Journal. 2025;13(17):23 Musculoskeletal Care . 2025 Jun;23(2):e70119.研究概要
Seventy patients with chronic non‐specific neck pain were randomized to receive either telerehabilitation consisting of 12 video‐based physiotherapy exercise sessions plus a digital booklet (n=35) or a digital self‐care booklet with minimal support (n=35). The primary outcome was disability (Neck Disability Index). Secondary outcomes included pain intensity, global perceived effect, self‐efficacy, quality of life, and kinesiophobia. Outcomes were measured at baseline, 6 weeks, and 3 months. Overall, the results of the study revealed that telerehabilitation significantly reduced disability and pain after 6 weeks, though these benefits were not sustained at 3 months. Improvements in global perceived effect and self‐efficacy persisted at 3 months. These findings suggest that telerehabilitation is an effective short‐term intervention for chronic neck pain, with benefits in self‐perception and confidence maintained in the medium term.
