Stability of earliest memories under LSD-25 and placebo
J Nerv Ment Dis. 1967 23-Feb;():. 10.1097/00005053-196703000-00002Fifty male subjects underwent a double-blind study to test the effects of LSD on early memories and personality aspects. Early memories were assessed using an earliest-memory recall and personality traits were measured with a variety of tests. LSD produced regressive trends in recollections and produced a constricting effect on the recall during the earliest-memory recall task. These effects were associated with changes in personality.
